$2,000 Hiring Bonus for external candidates (50% after 90 days of employment and 50% after one year of employment). Hiring range begins at $39,800 (annualized) based on background and experience.

Under the direction of the Partner Quality Coach, the Infant Toddler Teacher takes the lead in working with the entire classroom team to implement a formal child screening process, a researched-based curriculum, on-going child assessment, parent involvement and community collaboration.
This incumbent will be expected to promote and adhere to the workplace core capabilities of: accountability, customer focus, continuous quality improvement, communication, competent people and clear priorities. All work to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with organizational standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associated degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or equivalent with a minimum of six Early Childhood Education or Child Development credits.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must hold or obtain within six months a Gateways Level 2 Infant Toddler credential.
